Scheduling & Appointments
- Appointments must be confirmed by phone, text, email, or booking form.
- A 24 hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
- If we cannot access the property upon arrival, a lockout fee may apply.
Cleaning Standards
Clear Choice Cleaning performs services according to the agreed scope of work.
We are not responsible for:
• Pre-existing damage
• Excessive clutter that prevents cleaning
• Items not disclosed or hidden hazards
Payments
Payment is due at the time of service unless an invoice or contract states otherwise.
Accepted payments:
• Cash
• Debit/Credit
• Zelle
• Cash App
• Invoice
Late payments may result in fees or suspension of future services.
Supplies & Equipment
We provide all cleaning supplies and equipment unless otherwise requested by the client.
Pets
We love pets but clients are responsible for securing animals that may interfere with cleaning.
Breakage & Damage
We are insured and will handle accidental damage according to our insurance policy.
Refusal of Service
Clear Choice Cleaning may refuse service if conditions are unsafe, threatening, unsanitary, or violate policy.
Changes to These Terms

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Clear Choice Cleaning values your time and ours. The following policies help us operate efficiently and fairly.
Cancellations
- Please cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment.
- Same day cancellations may result in a 50% service fee.
Refunds
We do not offer monetary refunds on cleaning services. However, we stand behind our work with a:
24-Hour Satisfaction Guarantee
If something was missed, notify us within 24 hours and we will return to fix it at no cost to you.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling is always allowed with proper notice.
If a client reschedules more than two times in a row, a deposit may be required.
Access to Property
If our team arrives and cannot gain access (door locked, gate code not provided, no key left, etc.) a lockout fee may apply.
Damage or Breakage
In the rare event of damage, we will follow our insurance policy procedures to resolve the issue quickly and fairly.
Severe Conditions
If a property requires excessive cleaning due to hoarding, biohazards, infestation, or unsafe conditions, additional fees may apply or the appointment may be canceled.
SERVICE AGREEMENT

This Service Agreement outlines expectations between Clear Choice Cleaning (“Service Provider”) and the Client.
Scope of Work
Clear Choice Cleaning agrees to perform services selected by the client, including but not limited to:
• Routine residential cleaning
• Commercial cleaning
• Move-in/move-out cleaning
• Airbnb turnover cleaning
• Post-construction cleaning
• Deep cleaning services
A cleaning checklist may be provided upon request.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
• Provide accurate information about the property
• Ensure safe entry for cleaners
• Secure pets as needed
• Remove excessive clutter
• Notify us of delicate or valuable items
Cleaning Supplies & Equipment
We provide all cleaning supplies unless otherwise discussed with the client.
Payments
Payment is due on the day of service unless invoiced separately.
Failure to pay may result in suspension of services.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If the client is not satisfied with the cleaning, they must contact Clear Choice Cleaning within 24 hours.
We will return to address the issue at no additional charge.
Health & Safety
Our team has the right to decline cleaning tasks that present health or safety risks.
Termination
Either party may end the service relationship at any time with written notice.
Liability & Insurance
Clear Choice Cleaning carries general liability insurance and will handle incidents appropriately.
Changes to Services
Any changes to the scope of work must be communicated before or during the appointment.
